Welcome to Top of Tours company. By booking a service on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our official website or directly with our sales agents.
• A confirmation email will be sent after payment is received or upon approval for cash-on-delivery options.
• Prices are listed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Payment Policy

• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, CMI, and bank transfers.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking depending on the service.
• Balance (if applicable) is due before the start of the tour/service.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Day trips & transfers: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours.
• Multi-day tours & private bookings: Free cancellation up to 7 days before start. 50% refund between 7–2 days. No refund within 48 hours.
• Wellness & spa services: 100% refundable if cancelled 24 hours before. 50% after.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Modifications

• Changes to your booking are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before service begins.
• We reserve the right to make changes due to weather, road closures, or safety reasons. In such cases, alternatives or full refunds will be offered.

5. Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, strikes, or force majeure.
• While we take great care in ensuring your safety, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings.
• Travelers are responsible for having valid travel documents and insurance.

6. Health & Fitness

• Some of our tours (e.g., trekking, camel rides) require a moderate level of fitness.
• Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, mobility issues, or allergies.

7. Children & Minors

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Some tours may not be suitable for young children or infants.

8. Travel Insurance

We recommend all clients take out personal travel insurance covering health, cancellation, theft, and accidents.

9. Reviews & Photos

By booking with us, you consent to our use of photos or videos taken during your trip for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly object in writing.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
